Two letters on financial matters signed by Cole Porter

Two typed letters signed on financial matters. Two typed letters both headed in type from Beverly Hills, dated May 1936 and June 1937 respectively, the letters both addressed to Mr. Albert H. Cole in Indiana, the earlier letter requesting $1000 be sent to his mother, the later letter regarding tax payments and mentioning that sailing to New York on the S.S. Normandie. Both are signed "Cole" in ink. Each 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Usual folds, the earlier letter with a spot in the margin and minor paperclip rust, the signatures dark but touched by the folds.
