Partly-printed DS, signed “P. Henry,” one page, 13.75 x 18, August 12, 1785. As governor of Virginia, Henry grants Jeremiah Moore a “certain Tract or parcel of Land, ........” Missing part of document where the seal is usually affixed to lower left portion and some lines of closing text of the document. There are condition issues throughout, but signature area bold with no issues.
