Rare vintage glossy 10 x 8 promotional photo of the Lunceford Orchestra, signed "Best Wishes - Jimmie Lunceford - 9/4/43" on an affixed 3.75 x 1.25 white label in fountain pen. In fine condition, with slight edge toning, scattered surface impressions, areas of discoloration on reverse, and a small amount of discoloration on label affecting a few letters of the signature.

Jimmie Lunceford (June 6, 1902 – July 12, 1947) was an American jazz alto saxophonist and bandleader in the swing era.
