27th President of the United States William Howard Taft. Signed below photo on the mount, on the back is the lyrics to “Song of the Knocker”, signed in ink, the photograph is dated 1908. Taft served as President from 1900 to 1913 after having an explosive rise through the United States court system, becoming a judge in just his twenties. Good condition. The photograph measures 4” x 6” and is matted to measure 8” x 10”.
