Truman's personal stationary from the Federal Reserve Building in Kansas City, Missouri, where he maintained an office after retiring dated January 29, 1955, In it, Truman writes to C.E. Bullington of Atlanta Georgia, letting him know how he appreciates his thoughtfulness.
