Scottish bacteriologist (1881-1955) who shared the 1945 Nobel Prize in Medicine for his role in the discovery and isolation of penicillin. Vintage fountain pen signature, "Alexander Fleming,” on 3x5 top portion of his stationary form the institute of Microbiology signed and dated January 24, 1953.
