Excellent vintage matte-finish 9.5 x 12.75 close-up photo of Chaplin as his most recognizable character, with forlorn expression and trademark toothbrush mustache, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To my friend Ed Diby, from Charlie Chaplin, April 1st 1919.” Double-cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 16.25 x 20.25. In fine condition, with light overall rippling.
