Signed b/w photo (9 x 7) of Murrow seated behind a CBS radio microphone with script in his hand. Murrow was pioneering broadcast journalist, first in radio and later in television. His broadcasts from London on CBS during WWII were heard by millions of listeners. His series of television reports on Senator Joseph McCarthy lead to McCarthy’s censure. Fellow journalists consider Murrow one of journalism’s greatest figures, noted for his honesty and integrity in delivering the news.
