American actor (1931–1968) who appeared in such films as Rebel Without a Cause and Twilight of Honor, for which he received an Academy Award nomination. He died of a prescription drug overdose at the age of 36. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “ To Paul Van Heck, Good Luck Nick Adams.” some slight ink skipping and inscription and signature little light, does have tear in upper center portion which has been repaired, otherwise fine condition.
