President of the U. S. DS – a partially printed Member’s Pass admitting Mr. Baruch to the Visitors Gallery of the House of Representatives. Completed in his hand and signed by McKinley as a member of Congress from Ohio June 26, 1890. On heavy card stock 4¼ x 2¾. Mounting traces on back, but otherwise very fine condition. Interesting piece.
