A vintage ink signature of Frank Sinatra on a page from an American Federation of Television and Radio Artist agreement stating the revenues which would be paid to his agent. The document does have some condition issues which include some water staining and the signature is slightly light in portions. But still quite legible and a nice early signature of Sinatra in blue.7"x8"
