SALVADOR DALI (1904-1989) Spanish artist whose surrealistic paintings reflected his eccentric lifestyle. His works are known for their dream-like, symbolic nature. Limited Edition, Essays Of Michel de Montaigne First Edition, first printing, signed and numbered. Near Fine, with original glassine wrapper. Full blue buckram, top edge gilt. This is number 799 of 1000 personally signed by illustrator Salvador Dali. Volume is in excellent condition, with bright blue cloth and gilt, a little age-toning to pages. Glassine wrapper has a little fraying to the bottom edge. Slipcase fair condition has wear to edges, and is detached on back. the book is a very nice copy of this scarce volume.
