William Rockefeller (1841-1922), Financier, Industrialist. Brother of John D. Rockefeller, managing Standard Oil's export selling functions in New York. He carried on a number of bold speculations in Wall Street securities. Stock dated 1890's, number of shares vary. Henry M. Flagler (Flagler was the brains of the Trust and was also responsible for the development of Florida) signs as Secretary. Both signatures are at front and bold. Rare!!! Nice portraits included. Excellent Condition!
