41st president of the U.S. LS dated March 11, 1971 on letterhead as The Representative of the United States of America to the United Nations. To Congressman William H. Natcher. Signed “George” with a handwritten postcript “Best personal regards” and signed a seond time. In part, “Attached is a letter which I am sending to all members of the House to have you know we want to be helpful up here if we can.” A copy of the letter he mentions is enclosed, along with the addressed envelope. A nice example from an interesting portion of Bush’s varied career of public service.
