32nd president of the U.S. DS date Aril 29, 1919. Roosevelt writes as Acting Secretary of the Navy to the Commandant of the Great Lakes Naval Training Station concerning the Station’s printing plant. Signed with a rubber stamped signature, to which he has added with pen his “FDR”.
