Lengthy ANS "Jas Monroe," 1p, 7"x4", [n.p.], [n.d.]. To "Citizen Miolin," possibly a French citizen. In full: "I regret that I have none such here or should be very happy to send them. I will however most certainly have a stand prepared immediately and beg leave to present them to the convention. Health and fraternity..." Darkly penned and signed.
