Folio four-language unissued ships' passport. Signed "James Madison" as President and countersigned by Secretary of State James Monroe(tear obscures part of signature). Bears embossed paper and wax Federal Seal of U.S., intact. The document does have some separation on fold lines, and some slight chipping and tears in fair condition.
