William Henry Harrison, 9th US President, ALS, 13 July, 1828, to ____ Wright, Esq, a letter sending a memorandum from the department of state and expressing approval/permission, and ....hopes that he gets in time...., sight size 9 1/2" x 7 1/4" matted with an engraved portrait, overall size 14 1/2" x 17 1/2". The letter does have some separation which was repaired some time ago, not examined outside of matting. Fine letter of this uncommon president.
