Signed/inscribed by the author: "With the compliments of the author, W. F. Cody, "Buffalo Bill" Cody, Wyo 1909"; "to Edward Blake, Cody, Wyo 1909." Condition: Fair; cloth of spine worn/frayed, and appears it was repaired/glued to signatures; edge/corner wear; the signature page has been reinforced along gutter with white tape, and tears at the bottom margin repaired with clear tape; frontispiece illustration with torn/missing lower margin; soiling/creasing to title page and elsewhere.
