CARTER, JIMMY and CARTER, ROSALYNN. 2 canceled checks – one completed and signed by each. Drawn by Carter’s Warehouse on Plains Mercantile Co., Plains, Georgia care Bank of Commerce – Americus, Georgia. Both checks were dated in January 1960. This was before he entered the state legislature.
