Lot includes a David Selznick signed check dated February 12, 1943, to Mervyn Levy for the amount of $1,026.00, signed in black fountain pen with a fine signature. The check has two folds and some general handling wear. Also included is a Jennifer Jones signed 3x5 Index card signed in blue ink.

Selznick (d.1965) was the producer for the classic film "Gone with the Wind", a film in which he won the Academy Award for Best Picture. He was married to Oscar Award-winning actress Jennifer Jones, who won the award for Best Actress in 1943 for her role in "The Song of Bernadette"
