Herbert Hoover signed vintage sepia photograph, 10.5" x 13.5". The formal portrait shows Hoover seated, signed and inscribed in fountain pen across the lower portion: “To Mr. Axel Wenner-Gren / With the kind regards of / Herbert Hoover.” The inscription to Swedish industrialist Axel Wenner-Gren, founder of Electrolux, adds notable historical significance and association.

The photograph is housed in a presentation folder, bearing the imprint of Boyé, San Francisco. The signature remains bold and clearly legible. The photograph remains clean with only minor surface impressions.
