New York, February 20th, 1861, 10 Shares, Issued and punch cancelled, Black on red and black border and underprint with Franklin and Washington on upper left and right corners, Seated allegorical Liberty with eagle and flag superimposed over U.S. Shield under ornate curved title, Issued to John G. Wellstoodfor 10 shares. Signed by Tracey as well as president Nezia Wright as treasurer and W.R. Bliss as acting secretary. There are cancellation holes and each signatures are canceled crossed out where it the number of shares is written out, which can be restored, otherwise clean stock.
