Dated April 18, 1967 "My dear friend Voy I received your letter of April 11th with the wonderful surprise pictures of my Mickey Juniors grave and how could I possibly ever find word to express my appreciation to you and your friends (and mine now also) the Lamarrs. Voy, I also received the Bobby Baker article, what more can I say? I am not going to try to write to much Voy, as I am just not up to par. I had a hell o time with an impacted wisdom tooth that became infected. and althought I got it uanked out this past Thursday, it left me weak as hell. Voy, you are really some friend! Only you my good buddy could of been thoughtful enough to have the Lamarrs take those pictures for me, and to put those flowers out there for me. Would you please give the Lamarrs my speial and sincerest thanks! and tell them that I am terribly sorry about their Pamand someday I hope to meet them, and make this up to them in person. Voy, I hope this letter finds you well and ok.
