An interesting collection concerning President John F. Kennedy. Ca. 1953 - 1963. Each framed with a picture of Kennedy and a nameplate "John F. Kennedy 1917 - 1963".
One 1953 letter from then-Senator Kennedy to Raymond F. O'Connell, thanking O'Connell and expressing his gladness to have seen him recently and sending copies of some speeches he had made. Signed "Jack", on official Senatorial stationary. 21 1/2" by 17 1/4" framed. Fine condition.
A rare program from a University of Maine Special Convocation, dated to October 19, 1963 John F. Kennedy visited the campus of the University of Maine, where he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. (just about a month before he was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22, 1963). 17 3/4" x 16" framed Fine condition, one mark on the program.
One Mass card from Kennedy's Funeral Mass, late 1963. 16 1/4" x 13 1/2" framed. Fine condition.
