Aileen Mehle (June 10, 1918 – November 11, 2016), known by the pen name Suzy or Suzy Knickerbocker, was an American society columnist, active in journalism for over fifty years. Her column was syndicated to 100 newspapers and read by over 30 million people. Typed letter signed by the amazing dancer Martha Graham with great content, where Graham is talking about ballet and she might even come out of retirement and do a vignette in "Acrobats of God" and wants Aileen to attend the rehearsals. She talks about how Barbra Bush is planning on attending opening night and she will even have Gregory Peck possibly read some lines during the show. She signs in the bottom Martha in black felt marker.
