DS, 2pgs , 8.5 x 11, February 1951. Contract between Joseph L. Jonick & Co., and Abbott and Costello, in which the latter party retain the former as "accountants to examine the books and records of Universal Pictures Company, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates…to ascertain all sums properly due and owing to us." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Lou Costello, and in blue ballpoint by Bud Abbott, who inexplicably crosses out his name with blue ink and adds his initials, "B. A.," to the left side. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
