An interesting booklet on the Highlights to the proposed changes for the New York Constitution that was going to be submitted to the electors on November 7, 1967. The booklet is signed by Robert Kennedy as the New York Senator twice for the consignor in person. It is also signed by a couple of unidentified autographs, non-affecting Kennedy’s signatures. This is also accompanied by John F. Kennedy's original Calling Card as a United States Senator. "John F. Kennedy / United States Senator" in gold lettering.

The New York State Constitutional Convention of 1967 was held in Albany from April 4 - September 26, 1967. The proposed Constitution was submitted to the voters on November 7, 1967 at a general election. All of the 1967 Convention's proposals were rejected by the people
