This is an interesting signed letter by Lord Broughman to another Lord in reference"To The Committee On Criminal Law House of Lords". In the Signed letter he writes about answers he received to his questions for the committee and any additions and changes he would like to make to compatible with his duties for the committee. Good condition, does have some slight separations at a couple fold lines.
