Interesting "Mortgage of Chattels -- Pledge and Assessment" signed document for Walt Disney Productions for $10,000,000 signed on July 30th, 1956 By Roy O. Disney for a feature motion picture which was to be called “Arizona of the 50s”. This production is based on the book that was by the author James H. Tevis who was one of the original Arizona Territorial Rangers when the organization was first founded.
