Sixth President of the United States from 1825 to 1829. Partly-printed vellum DS. Land Grant for a Benjamin (?Gendorff)of Illinois , dated December 8th, 1827. In Fair Condition signature is clear and but a couple shades light, writing within the document is somewhat faded as well and missing Paper seal. Framed in Black Frame with matting.
