Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, April 2nd, 1829. President Jackson grants a little over 80 acres of land in Illinois Tazewell County to Joseph Orendorff. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, mild wrinkling, and scattered toning. The paper seal is intact, and Jackson’s signature measures almost five inches long. Framed and Matted.
