Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.75, November 19, 1822. President Monroe grants David Bruner of Jefferson County Kentucky Monroe County, Indiana, a tract of land in Crawfordsville "containing Eighty Acres." Nicely signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office . The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. In very good to fine condition, with light wrinkling and soiling, and a few small stains.
