German composer who wrote the spectacular French opera Les Huguenots. ALS in French, signed “G. Meyerbeer,” one page, 5.25 x 8, June 8, 1831. Letter to a gentleman. In very good condition, with some light water staining to bottom, slightly affecting signature, tape remnants to left edge and some small notations.
