LS, 3 full pp 10 x 8 with integral address leaf. This is the retained copy of Taylor’s letter written November 30, 1820 as an infantry Lt. Colonel to Inspector General Parker. He discusses army administrative business – recruiting, equitable compensation, etc. Superb condition, as it has been professionally laminated at the National Archives. Taylor’s signature is bold.
