An Original signed ink profile self-portrait caricature on an off-white 5.25 x 8 album page which is attached to a mat board, signed at the bottom, “Enrico Caruso, Chicago 1905” and on top he had written "souvenir". This is a very fine sketch, seldom do you encounter a sketch in which he also has used a wash to complete it. In very good condition, with some slight fold lines. one of the best self portraits we have seen.
