A signed magazine photograph from this top Canadian Ace of WW1. Signed below sepia toned image with fountain pen is a printed message form Bishop, reading in part"...beginning in this war the necessity of better aeroplanes was strongly felt...result that they progressed to a higher degree of development than they would otherwise have done on ten years. They where...a tremendous factor in winning the war,size is 6 3/4" x9 3/4" and in fair condition does have some bend lines and small tears along edges of photo.
