PSA/DNA Certification #84532680, only the primary signature page is encapsulated, 3-pages of typed copy (pages 167-169, page 170 blank) of the Minutes of a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Thomas A. Edison, Inc. from November 30, 1920, the meeting resolved to authorize both (1) the removal of the cabinet cover locks from the William and Mary, and the Sheraton inlaid models “thereby effecting a considerable savings in their manufacture”, and (2) “the appropriation of Four Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty-six dollars and Sixty-six cents ($4,166.66), being our contribution for the six months ending June 1, 1921 to The Music Industries Chamber of Commerce..” to promote the phonograph industry, signed in pen William Maxwell, Charles Edison, Thomas A Edison, Stephen Mambert, Harry F. Miller, and JW Robinson.
