DS, signed “Steven McQueen,” one page, 8.5 x 11, May 4, 1970. Document headed "Waive of Notice and Consent of Holding 0f Special Meeting of directors of Solar Productions, Inc.," by which Steve McQueen,and board members are named as the company's officers. Signed at the conclusion by all five. In fine condition. The 1968 classic Bullitt was the first film made by McQueen's Solar Productions, and the company funded the classic motorcycle documentary On Any Sunday in 1971.
