A Rare Signed original agreement dated February 25th 1987 for divine one corporation for Sarah van for the Chicago theater productions Inc. Chicago theater for the dates of April 8 through the 12th in 1987 it is for one show per night for five days and she’s going to get paid a flat guarantee of $50,000. The agreement is signed three times once on the original contract and twice for individual riders. Lot also includes a 8”x10” signed color photo inscribed to Mrs. Thomas Higgins , all the best Sarah Vaughn.
contract by Sarah Vaughan to appear at Sarah Lois Vaughan was an American jazz singer. Nicknamed "Sassy" and "The Divine One", she won four Grammy Awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award. She was given an NEA Jazz Masters Award in 1989. Critic Scott Yanow wrote that she had "one of the most wondrous voices of the 20th century".
