Rare requisitions order form for forage for 6 horses for 4 days in the service for the United States at Fort Dade Florida E. F. with Alabama Volunteers Commencing on the 28th Ending 31st January 1838. This form is signed off as received from a lieutenant E.W. Morgan. This requisition order is a duplicate kept by the lieutenant Morgan during the second Seminole Wars. It is rare to find a documents related to Fort Dade during this period.
