Hoppin, written from “Executive Dep’t, Utah Territory, Great Salt Lake City,” in part: “I take pleasure to acknowledge the receipt…of one copy of the acts & resolves of General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island, 1854, for which please accept my thanks.” Attractively matted and framed. In fine condition, with a few light spots of toning.
