Fantastic signed Aviator license issued to Franklin G. Cowie on December 1925 signed by Orville Wright and Cowie. Cowie would later become a Brigadier General.
Marine Corps Second Lieutenant Cowie was designated Naval Aviator #2855 in 1919. In addition to service in the First World War as an enlisted Marine, Brigadier General Cowie saw service in the late 1920s in Nicaragua, as well as World War II.
