South Korean military leader (1917–1979) who seized power in a 1961 coup d’etat; he was assassinated by the director of his own security force. Scarce matte-finish 6.25 x 8.75 portrait of Park Chung-hee in a handsome formal pose, signed in black ink in Korean characters, with it original presentation folder 9.5" x7.25". In fine condition, with slight irregular ink adhesion. Accompanied by a letter of transmittal from his secretary, dated 1972.
