Napoleon Bonaparte signed document,framed with the noted autograph dealer Charles Hamilton seal on back. Signed large and bold in dark ink at bottom "Bonaparte." Composed a mere year prior to his ascension as First Consul (Premier Consul) of the French Republic from 11 November 1799 to 18 May 1804. French-language handwritten ink document, on stationery with the phrase "Republique Francaise" embossed at top. Order, measuring 7" x 7.5",
