Signed FDC commemorating the Hiawatha and Daylight Trains postmarked Cleveland, Ohio Aug. 26, 1999. The President used the train theme "on track for change" during his 2008 campaign and made several trips by private rail car in the tradition of Eisenhower, Truman and Roosevelt.
