In Full: May 18, 1981 To Professor J. K. Lattimer, It was surely fine to be with you in Boston. I am very pleased to have been able to give the lecture that has been set up in your honor, and also to have received the John K. Lattimer Award and Medal. It In fine that you are thinking of carrying out a controlled trial on ascorbate in relation to bladder, prostate, or kidney cancers. I feel that it is essential that some controlled trials be carried out by well-known and respected investigators.
