King of England, Scotland, and Ireland (born 1600) from 1625 until his execution in the wake of the English Civil War in 1649. Fine and important signed Warrant Dated, Carisbrook this 27 of December 1627. The signed warrant is believed to be for a Sir John Eliot, the most ideologically extreme leader of the opposition in Charles I's early parliaments. He was an outspoken critic and defender of free speech in the parliament. This document is worthy of more research since Sir John Eliot (11 April 1592 – 27 November 1632) was an English statesman who was serially imprisoned in the Tower of London, where he would die, by King Charles I for advocating the rights and privileges of Parliament.
