Judy Garland typed contract between the organizers of the Miami Beach Jazz Festival and Kingsrow Enterprises, the latter agreeing "to supply The Judy Garland Show" consisting of Judy Garland, Mort Lindsey, John Bello, William Lavorgna, and Howard Hirsch "for a single performance" on November 25th, 1961, signed by Judy Garland at the close, two pages, stapled together with a list of the musical instruments and printed illustration for the band and setup stage, two punch holes to the upper margins, light creasing.
Judy Garland (June 10, 1922 – June 22, 1969) was an American actress and singer. While critically acclaimed for many different roles throughout her career, she is widely known for playing the part of Dorothy Gale in The Wizard of Oz (1939). She attained international stardom as an actress in both musical and dramatic roles, as a recording artist, and on the concert stage. Renowned for her versatility, she received an Academy Juvenile Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Special Tony Award. Garland was the first woman to win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, which she won for her 1961 live recording titled Judy at Carnegie Hall.
