Gustave Jean Jacquet is a French painter and illustrator , born on May 25 , 1846 in Paris , and died in the same city on July 12 , 1909 . The letter is illustrated with small sketches depicting two characters from the end of the 16th century .Gustave Jacquet was a student of William Bouguereau and begins at the Salon of 1865. He is known as a painter of female portrait and genre scene in the style of the eighteenth century .
